About the event

A fun course of exploration and understanding. Our progress in sports injury, fascia and neurology has moved on immensely in the last 10 years. Sports 1 helps you to know the fundamentals of injury, how to grade them, rehab them and treat them successfully. It helps you to think outside of protocols and take the individual sport and person in to full account. Connecting the sports player to their body and to stabilise the injury to a full recovery.
