For over 30 years, Paula has been guiding students and clients to discover the remarkable intelligence of the body through the Bowen Technique. A sports scientist, therapist, and educator with a deep love for movement, fascia, and the art of recovery, she brings science to life with warmth, humour, and a touch of adventure.
Her teaching blends precision with play — whether she’s helping practitioners understand the mechanics of a shoulder release or the quiet language of the nervous system. Paula’s unique approach draws from decades in sport, healthcare, and fascia research, as well as her global adventures exploring how humans move, heal, and thrive.
With her motto “Progress, not perfection”, Paula creates learning spaces that are as grounded as they are inspiring — where curiosity, compassion, and connection come first.
