Bowen Technique 4-Session Pack or Single Session – Booking & Cancellation Policy At Paula Esson Clinic, your time and wellbeing matter deeply—and so does the time set aside for each client. This policy ensures clarity, fairness, and the best possible experience for everyone. Booking Your 4-Session Pack or single session. If you have a4-session Bowen package this is designed to support consistent progress—because as we know… it’s progress, not perfection. • All 4 sessions must be booked in advance or scheduled progressively. • Sessions are typically recommended within a 6–10 week timeframe for optimal results. • The package is non-transferable and non-refundable once commenced. Appointment Cancellations & Changes Life happens—I completely understand. I simply ask for respectful notice so I can offer your space to someone else who may need it. 48 Hours or More Notice • No charge • Your session will be rescheduled with ease 24–48 Hours Notice • 50% of the session fee will be charged or deducted from your package Less Than 24 Hours Notice / Missed Appointment • Full session fee will be charged • This session will be deducted from your package Late Arrivals • If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time to respect the next client • Full session fee applies Clinic Cancellations On the rare occasion that I need to reschedule your session: • You will be offered the earliest convenient alternative • No sessions will ever be lost Why This Matters Each Bowen session is more than just an appointment—it’s a dedicated space for your nervous system, your fascia, and your whole body to reset and rebalance.
